Field Team Operations Manager (FTOM)
Travel: Some in-person meetings and travel throughout Virginia required
Status: Full-Time | Exempt
- Lead, coach, and develop field team members to maximize performance and engagement.
- Implement organizational strategic initiatives and drive operational excellence.
- Foster a positive, accountable, and values-driven culture throughout the field organization.
- Execute operational and financial plans to support organizational growth and sustainability.
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement action plans to achieve or exceed goals.
- Ensure exceptional client service and high-quality work products across the field teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal leaders and external partners.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent while creating opportunities for professional growth.
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective, scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to improve processes, efficiency, and organizational performance.
- Present information effectively to employees, leadership, and stakeholders.
- Proven experience leading and growing organizational operations.
- Demonstrated success leading high-performing teams.
- Strong track record of consistently achieving or exceeding operational goals.
- Experience executing strategic growth initiatives.
- Proven business development and relationship management skills.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and employee development abilities.
- Strong planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Zoom Workplace.
- Ability to travel within Virginia as needed.
- Must reside in Virginia.
- Experience in healthcare, Medicaid services, case management, or a related field.
- Experience managing geographically dispersed or remote teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent leadership experience).

Our mission is to enhance the outcome for all of our clients and their families, by using person-centered practices while providing superior service, sharing resources, continually expanding our knowledge, and networking. We achieve this through leveraging our passion, talent, and experience to lead others to the answers, help, and hope for which they are looking. Our primary areas of growth will be advocating in the school systems for our younger clients, assisting young adults with transitioning to independence, and helping our aging clients to be cared for by the people who love them.
