The Field Team Operations Manager (FTOM) is responsible for providing leadership to field team members to achieve and surpass their goals. In addition, the FTOM is responsible for all field operations and for providing leadership, management, and vision to ensure proper controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems to effectively grow the organization and ensure financial strength and operating efficiency while adhering to our core values.  REMOTE - MUST LIVE IN VIRGINIA
